THE ROCK CYCLE
The rock cycle is a continuous system that occurs over millions and millions of years. It builds new rock, destroys old rock, and renews the ingredients of the Earth's crust over and over again!
Rock types can change from erosion, heat and pressure, cooling, crystallization and melting.
